Happy Valentine’s Day to all of my wonderful readers on The Daily Connoisseur. I consider myself to be very fortunate to not only have one, but two Valentines (Gatsby and B, you see) and this year is even more special because I have a big announcement… we are having a baby!
B and I are elated (I actually can’t believe I’ve kept it a secret for so long!)- we are expecting the newest addition to our family in August. Thank you in advance for all of your support and I hope this Valentine’s Day is filled with love for you and your family…
...and yes, we are having a girl :)
Congratulations! I hope you decide to share more about your upcoming arrival. Is she going to be a Virgo? She'll have some great organizational skills (speaking from personal experience)!

ReplyDeleteWow! It was so wonderful to wake up this morning with all of your lovely comments to read- thank you so much! We are really thrilled.
ReplyDeleteI've been very lucky- I have felt marvelous throughout the entire pregnancy so far (no morning sickness) and am really looking forward to the rest of it.
As for astrological sign (Merveilleux and Tish) the baby is going to fall into the Leo category and not Virgo (although it would be nice if she has those Virgo organizational skills!)
As for the book news- I have completed my first book (a mystery) and am in the process of finding a literary agent- and while that is going on I have started to write the second one. I will keep you all posted and hopefully I will have good news re: the literary agent soon!
