The Chic Assignment will begin in February. I take December and January off in order to do research for the year's assignments. I am looking forward to it and hope you are too!

Very informative video with with Dr. Tae. I found out that I was not consuming enough calories during a day. I know that is strange, but I was following another well-known diet plan that had my daily caloric intake 600 under calories less than what was presented in the video. It was no wonder my energy level went down. I am going to correct this over a week's time and see what happens.
I have a question about portion sizes for soups and stews. I make this type of food more often than a protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable separately. How can I determine what is a proper serving amount?
Thank you!
Thank you for watching, ladies!
Valerie- Let us know how it goes!
Jane- that's a great question... if Dr. Tae comes back perhaps we can address it. Thank you!
