My New Book Deal with Simon & Schuster

Today I come to you with great news...

Last week, I received a new book deal with Simon & Schuster for my next project!

Over the last few months I have been working on a very exciting book idea. I wrote the proposal, and together with my agent, Erica Silverman, we presented it to Trish Todd at Simon & Schuster. Trish absolutely loved the idea and we are now officially going forward with it. I love working with Simon & Schuster and could not be happier to be with the same team again who produced Lessons from Madame Chic. The deal was announced in Publishers Marketplace this morning.

I will not share too much about the new book right now except to say that it will inspire you to live your best life every single day and revolutionize the way you think about your routines at home (mysterious, I know!). I will keep you posted with everything and you will be the first to know all of the details. Thank you for your support. I truly love my readers. You inspire my writing every step of the way!

Hello. Congrats on your upcoming publishing. I too share the belief that there's a lot that can be accomplished in our home life. I've observed that there's overwhelming pressure in our society to exalt consumism over the simple and very fulfilling act of merely enjoying one's home and the company of our dear ones.
I began following you after I saw an instagram post from Anthropologie about your book. I watched almost all your YouTube videos. I have one suggestion: a better video camera because the majority of your videos are very low definition even on HQ or HD. Nevertheless, my compliments in this last makeup. Moreover, you look slim and very healthy. You inspire me. I'm definitely looking forward to your upcoming book. Kind regards, PJL

Jennifer I am so delighted for you! I just pulled Lessons from Mme Chic off the shelf to reread then I read your news. I do hope you have some help at home with your girls and please don't forget to look after yourself.

I love the hint about "home" in this new book, that was very much Mme Chic's focus wasn't it. Best wishes to you.

Jennifer,

I am so happy to hear that you received the great news that you can go forward on your second book. As you know, I've already purchased a few extras of your first book as presents for this holiday season.

What a treat to anticipate the next one, however, please, please, please keep the Ten-Item Wardrobe videos and posts as a staple of The Daily Connoisseur. Your Paris adventure has totally changed my view on life and I look forward to more learning and living the casual California luxe style (by way of France!) that you so expertly absorbed and understood and now communicate to others. ^_^
