Comment of the Week

Alison writes, "Jennifer, Thanks so much for being willing to share your journey. I began IF last January after finding your YouTube channel and have lost 45 lbs with more to go. I am currently working on my new 10 item wardrobe since none of my clothes fit anymore! I’m so excited about this and so thankful for your blog and videos.

I am wondering if you would be willing to do a video about packing for a vacation. What to pack, ideas for not overpacking for a week. Our family is going on our first since the pandemic!
Thanks for everything you do!!
Alison"

Hi Alison, that is incredible news and a major accomplishment. I'm so happy for you! Thank you for your request for a packing video.

Hi, Jennifer. Lovely video, especially your little friends, both feathered and otherwise! I'm not a doctor, but Dr. Fung, in The Obesity Code, gives Cream of Wheat two thumbs down. Regrettably, his book does not have a particularly good index, so I haven't been able to locate the quote again, but if I do, I'll post it. Sorry to burst your bubble--I love Cream of Wheat, too! I'm guessing that, as with other offenders, if we have it only occasionally, it's fine--enjoy! Every blessing, Susanne
