Intermittent Fasting 2-Year Update | My SURPRISING Results

 

Two years ago I decided I wanted to lose weight. I wasn't happy at my current weight and wanted to lose at least ten pounds. I decided to try intermittent fasting after watching a few videos about it on YouTube (don't you just love YouTube?)

I ended up losing over 30 lbs and returning to my weight from my youth. The weight loss was surprising enough but I have also been blown away by the other health benefits from intermittent fasting. Jennifer,
Thank you for your update. When you first posted about IF, I started doing research (mostly Dr. Fung and Autumn Bates) and decided to try it. I had gained a little weight because of some medical issues and meds that were prescribed and added more during the pandemic lockdowns. I’m “of a certain age” and was afraid I would never be slim again. At this point I’ve lost at least 20 pounds and feel so much better and more energetic. I’m back into clothes that had gotten too tight and am so much happier with my body. Thank you so much for putting yourself out there and posting about IF. I’m sure you’ve encouraged many other people besides me. Charlene

Thanks so much for being willing to share your journey. I began IF last January after finding your YouTube channel and have lost 45 lbs with more to go. I am currently working on my new 10 item wardrobe since none of my clothes fit anymore! I’m so excited about this and so thankful for your blog and videos.
I am wondering if you would be willing to do a video about packing for a vacation. What to pack, ideas for not overpacking for a week. Our family is going on our first since the pandemic!
