Intermittent Fasting Correct Portion Sizes | Dr. Patty Tae & Jennifer L. Scott

Join me and Dr. Patty Tae as we discuss correct intermittent fasting portion sizes on The Daily Connoisseur.

What portion sizes should we be having for our meals? What is the number one reason why intermittent fasting fails? How can we confidently train our appetites to enjoy a healthy portion size? We are discussing all of this in today's video

I do the 16:8 method of intermittent fasting, also known as time restricted eating, but this video is for anyone who is interested in learning about proper portion sizes, whether you do intermittent fasting or not.

Please note: this video is for entertainment purposes only. Please consult your doctor before trying intermittent fasting. Portion sizes will vary for each person and their unique health needs.

Very informative video with with Dr. Tae. I found out that I was not consuming enough calories during a day. I know that is strange, but I was following another well-known diet plan that had my daily caloric intake 600 under calories less than what was presented in the video. It was no wonder my energy level went down. I am going to correct this over a week's time and see what happens.

I have a question about portion sizes for soups and stews. I make this type of food more often than a protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable separately. How can I determine what is a proper serving amount?
Thank you!
